ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବିଶ୍ବ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ରଥଯାତ୍ରା-୨୦୨୫ ପାଇଁ ଶ୍ରୀକ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଲୋକାରଣ୍ୟ ହୋଇଛି। ଶ୍ରୀକ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିରର ସିଂହଦ୍ବାର ସମ୍ମୁଖରୁ ଶରଧାବାଲି ଅଭିମୁଖେ ରଥ ଗଡ଼ିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ବଡ଼ଦାଣ୍ଡରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ବଳଦେବଙ୍କର ତାଳଧ୍ବଜ ରଥ ଶରଧାବାଲି ଅଭିମୁଖେ ବାହାରିଛି। ଏଥି ପାଇଁ ବଡ଼ଦାଣ୍ଡ ଭକ୍ତିମୟ ହୋଇଛି। ତାଳଧ୍ବଜଙ୍କୁ ଟାଣିଟାଣି ନେବା ବେଳେ ଭକ୍ତମାନେ ହରିବୋଲ ଓ ହୁଳହୁଳିରେ କମ୍ପନ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ବହୁ ସମୟ ଧରି ଅପେକ୍ଷାରେ ଥିବା ଭକ୍ତମାନେ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥଙ୍କ ବଡ଼ଭାଇ ବଳଭଦ୍ରଙ୍କ ରଥକୁ ଟାଣିଟାଣି ନେଉଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ପରେ ସୁଭଦ୍ର ଓ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ କ୍ରମେ ଶରଧାବାଲି ଅଭିମୁଖେ ବାହାରିବେ। ବଡ଼ଦାଣ୍ଡରେ ଭକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କର ଗହଳି ଲାଗିଛି। ପବିତ୍ର ରଥଯାତ୍ରା ଅବସରରେ ଆଜି ପୁରୀ ସହରକୁ ଲକ୍ଷଲକ୍ଷ ଭକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କର ଆଗମନ ହୋଇଛି। ଶ୍ରୀକ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ବାହାରୁ ୧୦ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ଭକ୍ତ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟର ଚାରିଆଡୁ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁ ପୁରୀ ମୁହାଁ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ରଥାରୁଢ଼ କାଳିଆ ସାଆନ୍ତଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଁ ଦେଶ-ବିଦେଶରୁ ଭକ୍ତ ଆସି ପୁରୀ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛନ୍ତି।

Greetings from the Centre for Marketing in Emerging Economies at IIM Lucknow and NEWSROOM.. Rath yatra, often referred to as the world’s largest religious festival, is a remarkable display of devotion, spirituality, and cultural diversity. The Rath Yatra, also known as the “Jagannath Puri Rath Yatra,” is one of India’s largest and most significant festivals. The Centre for Marketing in Emerging Markets (CMEE) at IIM Lucknow in association of NEWSROOM aim to study the experiences of both pilgrims and service providers during the Jagannath Rath Yatra in 2025. This study seeks to offer helpful observations about what the field of management can learn from organizing such a vast event.
